Statutory Warranty

All of our jewellery is covered by the statutory warranty of at least two years from delivery – including personalised pieces and jewellery with real flowers, leather or pearls.

If your piece of jewellery has a defect, please write to us via our contact page or to kontakt@viviannaschmuck.de, ideally with a photo and your order number. You don't need to send anything back in advance, and you don't need an invoice. You can choose whether we repair your piece of jewellery or send you a replacement; we will cover the costs of this.
