Withdraw from the Contract

Cancellation For personalised goods without a statutory right of withdrawal, we offer voluntary cancellation free of charge if your request reaches us within two hours of placing your order and the engraving has not yet begun at that time. What counts is when your message is received, not when we process it. In the case of such a free cancellation, we will refund any payments already made for the cancelled order. Please write to us as soon as possible, ideally with your order number. Beyond this arrangement, we do not grant any additional contractual right to free cancellation. Statutory rights of withdrawal, termination, rescission and in respect of defects remain unaffected. Where statutory termination is permitted, settlement is made in accordance with the statutory provisions, taking into account in particular expenses saved and any other earnings to be offset. This goodwill arrangement restricts neither the exercise nor the time limits of any existing statutory right of withdrawal.
