For pieces of jewellery with an individually specified engraving that fall under the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal, there is no statutory right of withdrawal; for defect-free pieces of this kind, we do not grant a general right of return or exchange. On request, we will consider a goodwill solution on a case-by-case basis. You can send back non-personalised items within 30 days of receipt if they are unworn and undamaged; you bear the cost of return shipping yourself. Please use our contact form to register every return with us in advance; this is not necessary for an effective withdrawal. In the event of a defect, the statutory warranty applies to all items. You can cancel personalised orders free of charge if your request reaches us within 2 hours of ordering and the engraving has not yet begun.
