A loving message in your own handwriting, a painted family picture or a child's drawing – we transfer your artwork faithfully onto the front of the pendant.

You upload your image directly on this page and see a preview straight away. You decide whether we engrave it exactly as it is or remove small marks beforehand. In the second case, we'll send you the cleaned-up preview by email for your approval.

The engraving works best from a scanned template: black on white paper, strong contrast, sharp outlines. A photo taken with your phone also works, held straight above the artwork in daylight.

We check every template before production. If it's not suitable for a clean engraving, we'll get in touch with you.

We’ll take a look at your idea and check how it can be realised on your piece of jewellery. If there’s anything we need to agree with you first, we’ll get in touch.

We make personalised pieces just for you. For pieces of jewellery with an individually specified engraving that fall under the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal, there is no statutory right of withdrawal; for defect-free pieces of this kind, we do not grant a general right of return or exchange. On request, we will consider a goodwill solution on a case-by-case basis. You can send back non-personalised items within 30 days of receipt if they are unworn and undamaged; you bear the cost of return shipping yourself. Please use our contact form to register every return with us in advance; this is not necessary for an effective withdrawal. In the event of a defect, the statutory warranty applies to all items. You can cancel personalised orders free of charge if your request reaches us within 2 hours of ordering and the engraving has not yet begun.
