Inside the small mouth-blown glass bead lie real flowers. They come from our own garden and are dried and coloured using a special process to preserve their beauty.

Each bead is filled by hand. No two are alike.

We engrave something very personal onto the disc.

We’ll take a look at your idea and check how it can be realised on your piece of jewellery. If there’s anything we need to agree with you first, we’ll get in touch.

We make personalised pieces just for you. For pieces of jewellery with an individually specified engraving that fall under the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal, there is no statutory right of withdrawal; for defect-free pieces of this kind, we do not grant a general right of return or exchange. On request, we will consider a goodwill solution on a case-by-case basis. You can send back non-personalised items within 30 days of receipt if they are unworn and undamaged; you bear the cost of return shipping yourself. Please use our contact form to register every return with us in advance; this is not necessary for an effective withdrawal. In the event of a defect, the statutory warranty applies to all items. You can cancel personalised orders free of charge if your request reaches us within 2 hours of ordering and the engraving has not yet begun.
